The FTC has won again as it continues to crack down on violators (companies and individuals) accused of violating the Do Not Call Registry, which now includes 145 million phone numbers (almost 1/2 the US population.) This last November, there were six violators who will now pay the FTC $7.7 million in civil penalties.
